Just out the cutting room a little surprise

Hi ,

Thought i would post an interesting stone that was cut from a peice of rough that i left to one side as i thought there was not a lot going on with. Just proves that you should spend just as much time with each rough stone as any. Ended up 11 carats on a N5 base. Rough was from Opal Ridge. Not sure where to price her yet or keep her for the retirement collection.

Yes, it looks very nice. I wonder how colors change with diffrent angles.

It's all to do with the alignment of them thar little silicon bubbles as I call them. Wonder how they decide what colour they're gonna be to start with?
